Lisbeth Calandrino has been providing training tools and strategies for businesses and organizations for over 30 years. Here extensive background in both retail and human services made her realize there are common skills that successful people share no matter what their profession. These include powerful communication skills, time management and the ability to change.
Lisbeth’s career started in Human Services as an Associate Professor of Psychology at Columbia-Green College where she taught classes in communication, psychology and human services. Her consulting firm, Organizational Management for Change developed programs for the State of New York, private industry and municipalities. Lisbeth received training on organization development through Pepperdine University, the State of New York and through the Social Psychology Master’s Program, S.U.N.Y. New Paltz, New York.
Her book, “Red Hot Customer Service” won her an award as one of the top selling “how to” books in 2012.
She considers herself and after sale marketing specialist and has recently joined forces with Followyourcustomer, Inc. FYC is a customized email and direct mail marketing programs for many industries. When Lisbeth joined FYC, she brought with her extensive floor covering expertise. This has given her the background and knowledge to develop powerful content for e-mail marketing and blogs.
Lisbeth pen’s several blogs including her own on customer service, and a column for the Albany Times Union on success. Look for her business column Lisbiz strategies in Floor Covering News. She is a regular speaker at industry functions.
She lives in Historic Hudson Park, in Albany, New York where she is active in volunteering in many community programs including The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and training for the City of Albany. Lisbeth is an award winning runner and Yoga enthusiast.
